Students from the Department of Food and Beverage Operations at Rubavu Technical College-TSS, under the guidance of their instructor, recently had the opportunity to observe the professional coffee processing techniques at Martins Expert Home Hotel. These level 5 students participated in this practical demonstration, gaining hands-on experience at one of the region’s premier hospitality establishments.
